The Asbury Grove Cottage Owners' Association

The Asbury Grove Cottage Owners' Association is an association of the actual cottage owners in Asbury Grove. The president is a member of the corporation and brings issues of the cottage owners to appropriate corporation meetings.

Three general meetings of the cottage owners are held each season on selected mornings in the Chapel. One on the Saturday nearest July 4th, one at the end of July and one the Saturday of Labor Day weekend. Following the last morning meeting there is a combined meeting of the Cottage Owners and the members of the Corporation.

The officers include a president, vice president, secretary and treasurer. Dues per year are $2.00.

The 'big event' each summer season that is sponsored by the Cottage Owners is the Lobster Bake. It is held near the end of July on the green next to the Dining Room.
