17th Asbury Grove Duathlon

2.4 mile run, 8.6 mile bike, 2.4 mile run

TIME: 8 AM START. 7:15-7:45 AM Registration.

FORMAT: A developmental event for novice athletes. Run 2.4m, bike 8.6m, run 2.4 miles

REPORT: Asbury Grove front entrance. Rest rooms are available.

DIRECTIONS: Rt. 1A to Hamilton, turn at Patton Park opposite police station onto Asbury St. for one mile to blinking yellow light. Cross street to Grove entrance.

ENTRY FEE: Pre & Post - $5. Post enter at the race.

REFRESHMENTS: Coffee Shop will be open for breakfast until 10:30 am. Extra $$

RESULTS: Results of the race will be posted on stewchase.com.

PRIZES: Gift certificates to the Asbury Grove Coffee Shop to winners. Ribbons to all.

COURSE: 2.4 mile run on Asbury St. (R) Union St., straight onto Porter St., (R) Howard St., (L) Linden St., (R) Highland St. finish at Grove entrance. 8.6 mile bike (L) Highland St., (R) Goodhue St., (R) Waldingfield Rd.. (R) County Rd. (Rt. 1A), (R) Asbury St. (at Patton Park), finish at the Grove entrance. All turns will be marked with lime. Note: Due to the closing of the Highland St. bridge for repairs, the bike course is altered from the traditional 9.4 mile loop.
